This was the first magic demon go through, but I didnt like it. Wentb ack later and added a floating blade weapon, made it better but I kinda jacked up his "tail" thing.

???????? This deviation has no comments because!? man this place is whack sumtimes, hey dude i know this is and old piece but it gets all the respect it deserves from me ok? even tho u didn't approve of the design, but its sense of dynamicism and just coordinated appearance just give so much appeal to this image. Listen mate have u herd of conceptart.org? If not take a visit there and see what u think, I've been here for ages but never have felt that my work was appreciated enuff. That site looks for artist's talent, not popularity, plus u gain like loads of tips of how u can make your work look even better.

Neways good effort on this one Shame u on deviants! all 10000 of u! or more

i think if you added highliting on the outer edge of the tail and made the "spear" on the end be covered in the same crustacious armor as the rest of him, it might improve the flatness of the tail. other than that, it is an amazing design. *favs*
